Your staff wasn't hired
to do data entry.
Next Level Roster reads the inbox and builds the board — every name, grad year, school, velo, GPA and film link, without anyone retyping it. Get those hours back. Spend them coaching.

Every player, school and number shown on this page is invented.
Two hundred emails a week. Players, parents, travel coaches, the same kid forwarded three times.
The good ones get copied into a spreadsheet. The rest sit in the inbox until the season ends.
You already have the information. You just can’t see it.
How it works
- Connect your work mailbox. Read-only, through Google’s or Microsoft’s own sign-in. Nothing in your mailbox changes, and you can disconnect any time.
- Every message gets read and pulled apart. Name, grad year, high school, travel team, positions, height, weight, velos, pop time, sixty, GPA, handles, film links.
- Your staff sees one board. Search it, filter it, compare players, and see who has been contacted and who hasn’t.
Every message is accounted for, including the ones that were filtered out and why.
Built for baseball, not adapted to it
His best and his current are both worth knowing. A career-best exit velo and what he is running this month are two different facts. We keep them apart instead of averaging them into a number that was never true.
Velos and times keep the best figure. Everything else takes the newest. A 2.9 turning into a 3.6 is an update, not a personal record — so GPA, height, weight and grad year follow the most recent email, and the measurables hold the best.
A number that can’t be real gets flagged, not quietly saved. The rest of the email still lands on the board. You see what looked wrong and you decide.
Nothing a coach types gets overwritten. Fix something by hand and it stays fixed, no matter what the next email says.
Measurables carry a percentile against your own board — never against another program’s.
What Next Level Roster will never do
- We never sell recruit information. Not aggregated, not anonymised, not ever.
- We never share data between programs. Your board is yours. There is no cross-school database and there never will be.
- We never train AI models on your data, and our vendors are contractually barred from it too.
- We are not a recruiting or scouting service. We don’t compile, grade, rate or scout anyone. We read mail your program already received.
- We don’t evaluate players. That’s your job.
- Your program owns its data. Leave and you take it with you in a usable format. We delete it from our systems within sixty days, and from backups within thirty days after that, and certify the deletion in writing.
Every one of these is a term in our contract, not a promise on a website.
Who built this
Next Level Roster was built by a college baseball player who knows how much of recruiting runs through a coach’s inbox, and built it so no recruit gets buried there.
One person, not a platform company. If something breaks you email me, not a ticket queue.
Watch an email become a player card.
Fifteen minutes, no setup required for the demo.
